Ajam Pangang (main course, 4 persons (Marianne))
Cook rice according the directions on the package. Cook onions,garlic and 'gember' in butter. Cut meat in pieces and add to onions and cook (brown). Mix all other ingredients with atjar tjampoer and add to the meat. Let everything cook on a small fire for 1 or 1 1/2 hour.
