Chocolade Baveroise Cake (dessert, 10 persons (Allerhande))
Crumble the cookies. Melt the butter and mix it with te crumbled cookies. Put the mixture in the backing form and push it against the bottom. Put the form in the frige until further use. Break the choclade and put the pieces with the milk and the sugar in a pan. Let the chocolade melt. Put the gelatine in a bowl with cold water. Devide the eggs. Mix the yellow with some of the chocolade milk and add to the chocolade mixture. Mix also the gelatine with it and let the mixture cool down during ~ 30 min. until it thickens. Mix the 1/4 l. creme and the white in separate bowls. Add first the creme and then the white to the chocolade mixture after it cooled down. Put the mixture in the form an top of the cookcrumbs. Put it in the frige again for about 3 hours. Mix the 1/8 l. creme with some sugar and decorate the cake with it. Use the decorating chocolades for the finishing touch.
