Mexican chicken (main course, 4 persons (Richard))

Ingredients:


Preparation:

Cook rice acording direction on package. Cut chicken in pieces and put salt, pepper and curry over it. Cook the chicken in the butter. Cut in the mean time the onions and throw them in with the chicken. After that add the lemon juice, the sambal, the ketchup, the pineapple chunks and 1 or 2 dl pineapple juice/water. Let it cook for a while on a small fire (so the taste can get into the pineapple)

tip: you can also add champions or peaches.
