Whip the the eggs with a little bit of salt. Stir in the flower and then litlle by little part of the milk until you have obtained a smooth mixture. Then add the rest of the milk. Melt some butter in a pancakepan and add a soupspoon of the pancake mixture. Cover the botom of the pancakepan with the mixture. Turn the pancake on the other side if the bottom of it is dry and the top is still a little moist. You can add again a little butter on the bottom of the pancakepan. The pancake is OK if the mixture inside s dry and both sides are brown.
