Vanilleroomvla (dessert, 4 persons (Blue Band Basis kookboek))

Ingredients:


Preparation:

Whip the eggyolks with the sugar until you get an smooth mixture. Make a smooth and thin mixture out of the flower and a little of the milk. Heat the milk with the vanilla branch or the vanilla sugar bags slowly until it starts boiling. Remove the vanilla branch and add the flower mixture to tha boiling milk while you stir continuously. Boil de 'vla' during 5 minutes.
Add part of the 'vla' to the eggmixture while you stir continuously. Add the eggmixture than to the remaining 'vla' Keep stirring and let 'vla' get warm. When the vla is cooling down, you will have to stir once in a while if you don 't want a 'vel' to get on top of it.
If you want to make the 'vla' lighter, you can whip the 2 eggwhites stiff and stir this in with the 'vla' after it has cooled down.
