salmon piperigate (main course, 2 persons (Allerhande))
Cook piperigate according directions on package. Add the juice of the Salmon to the wine in a pot and cook until half is left. Take the pot from the fire and mix it with creme fraiche. In the mean time cut the onion and courgette. Cook the onion in butter and add the courgette and the marjoraan Cook it all during 3 min.. Clean salmon and cut it into pieces. Add salmon, winemixture and courgettemixture together and put it on the fire to heat. Add the saus to the piperigate.
